SCRIMMAGE RULEBOOK
The 504th Devils Scrimmage is designed to provide a structured and competitive Hell Let Loose experience while maintaining the community-focused values of the 504th.
- ▸ Fair and balanced matches
- ▸ Organized team play
- ▸ A competitive environment without excessive restrictions
All participants are expected to follow both the rules and the spirit of the game.
There is no warmup period. The match begins on map flip.
Team balance is strictly enforced to ensure fair competition.
- ▸ No stacking of teams is allowed
- ▸ Admins and designated leaders may move players as needed
- ▸ Players are expected to cooperate with balancing decisions
Failure to comply may result in removal from the scrimmage.
Each team must maintain a functional leadership structure:
- ▸ 1 Commander per team — required
- ▸ Squad Leaders — required
All leadership roles are expected to:
- – Communicate effectively
- – Coordinate with command chat
- – Build and maintain garrisons and outposts
- – Actively lead their squads
To maintain balance and prevent abuse:
- ▸ Each team is limited to one (1) artillery player
- ▸ Players may not rotate artillery usage to bypass this limit
- ▸ Artillery may not be used to intentionally farm or grief
Violations may result in removal from the match.
Resource management is a core part of competitive play. Each team must build:
- ▸ Manpower Node
- ▸ Munitions Node
- ▸ Fuel Node
Nodes must be built early in the match. Failure to build nodes is considered detrimental to team performance.
To maintain balanced armor gameplay:
- ✕ The Panther tank is prohibited
- ✓ All other tanks are permitted
- ▸ Intentional wasting or misuse of vehicles is not allowed
All players are expected to maintain fair and respectful gameplay. The following are strictly prohibited:
- ✕ Exploiting game mechanics or map glitches
- ✕ Cheating or using unauthorized advantages
- ✕ Intentional trolling or throwing
- ✕ Switching teams mid-match is not permitted
- ▸ Exceptions may only be made by admins for balance purposes
All participants must actively contribute to the match objective. The following behaviors are not allowed:
- ✕ Ignoring objectives entirely
- ✕ Remaining inactive or non-contributive to team success
Admins and event organizers retain full authority to maintain match integrity. They may:
- ▸ Adjust teams for balance
- ▸ Remove disruptive players
- ▸ Restart matches if necessary early in the game
All admin decisions are final.

All players are expected to play to win, respect teammates and opponents, and contribute to a fair and enjoyable experience.
